Agreement

By downloading or playing “Meen Al-Atlasy?” (on a phone, tablet, computer, or in a browser), you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the game.

The game

We grant you a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable licence to play the game on your devices. Playing needs no account and no internet: devices talk to each other on the same Wi-Fi or hotspot, and whoever hosts the game on their device is responsible for that session and who joins it.

Account (optional)

You can sign in with Google or Apple so your purchases and questions follow you across devices. You are responsible for your account and what happens in it. You can delete it at any time: Settings → account card → “Delete account”.

Purchases and subscriptions

Gift codes

Gift codes are subject to the terms they are issued with (duration, number of uses). They have no cash value and may not be sold. We may disable any code that is misused.

Your questions

Questions you write remain yours and are saved to your account so they appear in your games. Do not write anything offensive, unlawful, or infringing anyone’s rights. You are responsible for what you write and show to the people playing with you.

News and notifications

The game may show news and offers about the game itself on the home screen (never during play) and send notifications about new content and updates. You can turn notifications off in your device settings.

Acceptable use

You may not:

• copy, sell, or publish the questions, art, or characters outside the game;
• reverse-engineer or modify the app, or try to unlock paid content without paying;
• use the game in a way that harms others or our services.

If this happens, we may suspend the account or access to content.

Ownership

The game, its name, questions, art, characters, and sounds belong to NKW Studio or are licensed to us. A purchase gives you the right to play, not ownership.

Disclaimer

The game is provided “as is”. We do our best to keep it working and accurate, but we do not guarantee it will be free of errors or interruptions, or that every answer will please everyone — answers are ranked by what people said. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

Children

The game is not directed at children under 13. If someone younger plays with you, an adult should be present, and purchases need a parent’s approval.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time and will change the date above. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the new terms.
